Terms of Service
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TejoTime (“TejoTime,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of our website, our owner and staff apps, and the booking pages we host. By creating an account or using TejoTime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who may use TejoTime
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are accepting these Terms for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to both you and that business.
TejoTime is offered for business use in the United States. You are responsible for complying with the laws and licensing requirements that apply to your business.
2. Your account
You sign in with a phone number and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You may invite staff and providers to your business account. You are responsible for the access you grant them, for removing access when someone leaves, and for their use of the service. Notify us at support@tejotime.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The U.S. pilot
TejoTime is currently offered through a United States pilot program. During the pilot, the Starter plan is free and we help you set up your services, schedule, and booking page.
Pilot features may change, and the pilot may end. We will give you reasonable advance notice before the pilot ends or before any plan you are on begins to be charged. Pilot participation does not guarantee any particular future price.
4. Plans, pricing, and billing
Pricing for paid plans will be published on our website before those plans become chargeable. We will not charge you for a paid plan without your express agreement to the price and billing terms in effect at that time.
When paid plans launch, subscription fees will be billed in advance for the applicable term, fees are exclusive of taxes, and you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Unless a plan states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the terms shown for your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.
5. What TejoTime does and does not do
TejoTime provides scheduling, booking, reminder, and client-management software. We are not a party to the appointments you book or the services you provide, and we do not process payments for those services — your clients pay you directly.
You set your own services, prices, hours, deposits, cancellation rules, and no-show policies, and you are responsible for honoring and enforcing them. Estimated wait times shown on a walk-in waitlist are estimates only and are not a guarantee to you or to your clients.
TejoTime is not a medical records system. Do not use it to store medical records, insurance information, or other regulated health information.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the business information, photos, client records, and other content you put into TejoTime (“Your Content”).
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and support the service — for example, to render your booking page, resize an uploaded photo, or back up your data. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups pending their normal deletion cycle.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
7. Your responsibilities
When you use TejoTime, you agree to:
- Keep your business information, services, prices, and hours accurate and current.
- Have an appropriate basis to collect, store, and message your clients, including for reminders and confirmations.
- Obtain consent before uploading photographs of staff or clients.
- Provide the services your clients book, and handle their complaints and refunds directly.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law, including consumer protection, advertising, accessibility, and messaging rules.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use TejoTime for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful.
- Publish content that is fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or that misrepresents your business or its reviews.
- Send unsolicited marketing through the service or upload contacts you have no basis to message.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or copy the service except as permitted by law.
- Use the service to build a competing product, or misrepresent your relationship with TejoTime.
9. Third-party services
TejoTime links to and works with third-party services — for example when you share your booking link on Google, a social platform, or your own website, or when our hosting and messaging providers deliver the service. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Our intellectual property
TejoTime, our software, design, and brand are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using TejoTime and close your account at any time by contacting support@tejotime.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we discontinue the service. Except where a breach requires immediate action, we will give you reasonable notice.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will make a reasonable effort to let you export your business and client data before deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses for backups, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that reminders or notifications will always be delivered, or that estimated wait times will be accurate. You are responsible for maintaining your own records of your appointments and clients.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TejoTime will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost bookings, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TejoTime and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, your services to your clients, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
15. Changes to the service and these Terms
We are actively developing TejoTime and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date and give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
If you continue to use TejoTime after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@tejotime.com and to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days.
17. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and TejoTime about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to you may be sent to the phone number or email on your account; notices to us should go to support@tejotime.com.
