Privacy Policy

1. Who this app is for

TejoTime is a business tool for shop owners and staff (salons, barbershops, spas and similar). It is not directed at children under 13.

2. Information we collect

Account: owner or staff phone number and password; name, role, and store details you enter.

Business content you add: store name, address, hours, services, prices, photos, staff names and photos; customer names, phone numbers, visit and appointment history you or your customers provide when they book or join the queue.

Device and technical: login tokens stored securely on the device; app version and basic device or network information needed to run the service; photos you choose to upload (staff or store images). We only access the photo library when you pick an image. We do not take photos in the background.

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, SMS, or payment card numbers in this app. Customers pay at the shop.

3. How we use information

We use this information to create and sign in to your account; run your queue, appointments, calendar and customer list; show your public booking page; send operational updates related to your store (for example queue or booking status); and to secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with hosting and storage providers that run our servers and image storage, under contract; when required by law; and with people you invite (staff logins) for that store.

Your public booking page may show the store name, address, services, prices and photos you publish.

5. Retention

We keep account and store data while the store is active. You may ask us to delete a store or account by emailing support@tejotime.com. Some records may be kept if the law requires it.

6. Security

Passwords are stored hashed. Session tokens are kept in the device secure store. No method is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

You can update store and customer data in the app. You can sign out. You can request access, correction or deletion of your account data at support@tejotime.com.

8. Children’s privacy

The app is for business users, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
